I met Ashley nearly a year ago while attending bootcamps at the gym. I found myself struggling at times due to having several herniated discs in my back. I decided I needed some guidance and one on one training to ensure I was lifting safely with proper form as well as nutritional advice. I had watched Ashley with other clients and could tell by their interactions they enjoyed working out with her. I knew immediately, I made a great decision. The food plans Ashley gave me were easy to follow. She helped me realize eating less food was not what my body needed, but a combination of the right foods and the amount was. Ashley worked with me to strengthen my core and slowly ramped up my workouts to include things I never thought Id be able to do. She had confidence in my abilities even when I didn't. She makes me laugh, but pushes me when I need it. The workouts are always different which I enjoy because I get bored easily. I never know what to expect when I walk in the gym, but I know  I will leave feeling like I had a fantasist workout! I grew up in a generation of eating salads and Jane Fonda workouts, I never expected at 50 years old to deadlift 176lbs or swing 50lb kettlebells. Now I get excited when I see new forming! I absolutely love my workouts and look forward to them. I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been. Ashley has helped me gain the self confidence I never had about my body and I will be forever grateful to her for that.
