SMALL GROUP TRAINING.
Our small group training classes feature comprehensive goal based strength and endurance programming that is progressive. We want to make sure that clients continuously improve. We offer classes ranging from strength, metabolic conditioning, and recovery (to name a few) to ensure our members get everything they need to succeed.
All group training classes are programmed three months at a time followed by a final week of exercise testing by a highly qualified, experienced and respected trainer.
You must sign up in advance for a spot in the class. Please visit the booking page to schedule your class time.
Group Unlimited (Monthly): $199
You will have unlimited access to the weekly classes at Ashley Wagner Fitness for the entire month.
*3 month minimum is required
MetCon Group Unlimited (Monthly) : $176
You will have access to only four of the endurance based classes at Ashley Wagner Fitness for the entire month.

Class Packs : You have the choice of a 10-Pack, 20-Pack, or 50-Pack of classes. You will have access to all 8 classes that are offered at Ashley Wagner Fitness.
*Your class pack will expire after a certain amount of time based on whichever pack you purchased, so keep scheduling consistently so you dont lose progress or classes.
LIST OF CLASSES
The strength classes will run through a number of phases: building a strong base, power, and finally strength endurance. Classes will use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells with a high volume of weight.
Interval Weight Training (IWT)*
A highly effective means of multi-variable cross-training to increase performance in a wide variety of areas. Through the proper selection of exercises and manipulation of IWT intensity (load, intensity, volume, and frequency of training) an extremely high level of total fitness can be achieved.
Energy System Training (EST)*
Endurance classes are comprised of interval work on the ski/rower/bike/sled. This works in conjunction with the strength (STR) cycle to increase power, speed and VO2 Max.
This means improving your overall work capacity, enabling you to work harder and stronger, while improving your ability to recover.
Structural Physical Preparedness (SPP)
The workouts for these classes is to fill weak areas, mobility, flexibility and assistance work needed for joint health and performance improvements. Increasing the general workload thus increasing your overall ability. Class will be designed to get you moving after a day or two off, increasing your muscular endurance and over all work rate.
Power Endurance (PE) *
Power Endurance is essentially, the ability for your muscles to work near max effort for an extended period of time. A combo of short, explosive power driven exercise, and drawn out endurance intervals. A class built to make your body bullet proof.
Simply Recover (REC)
This group class will have two main tasks; first; myofascial release using trigger point balls and foam rollers to target the calves, hamstrings, glutes, quads, and lats. Then we go into static stretching the major muscle areas of the calf, hamstrings, quads, glutes, hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck.
Wagner Method (WAGS)*
WAGS classes are designed specifically with a higher intensity TEAM EFFORT in mind. Purposely driven with a combination of kettlebell, barbell and bodyweight movements interlaced with interval and tempo work across all energy systems using a circuit style method.
Mobility & Movement (REC)
This class will focus on dynamic flexibility, motor control exercises , and mobilizations for your “off” training days to help maintain your full range of motion and injury prevention.
